SINKER EDM
Himes Machine's extensive EDM department
includes CNC Sinker EDM capabilities using the
latest in technologies. Our equipment is loaded
with all available options including 20 tool
changers, programmable flush ports and the
ability to burn carbide in addition to all types
of steel. This machining process is a "turn key"
operation utilizing our High Speed 3D Milling
capabilities to manufacture very precise
electrodes with extreme finished. This allows us
to successfully complete the Sinker EDM process. |
